In Celebration of the 87th Year of the Advent of the Avatar Sri Sathya Sai Baba, Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, Maharashtra & Goa organised a bhajan programme -” Sathya Sai Nama Sankeertan” which was held at Mahakavi Kalidasa Natymandir, Mulund, Mumbai on December 4, 2012. Renowned ghazal and bhajan singer Padma Shri Anup India’s fourth highest civilian honour mesmerised the devotees with his soulful renditions….

In his career of over three decades, Jalota has recorded over 2,000 bhajans, ghazals and songs. Some of his popular bhajans include ‘Aisi lagi lagan’, ‘Main nahi makhan khayo’, ‘Rang de chunariya’, ‘Jag mein sundar hai do naam’, and ‘Chadariya jhini re jhini’.
