OmSai,
Dear Sai devotees,
Most of you are familiar with the daily schedule in Shirdi. ‘Satyanarayan Puja’ is one such, performed every day in Shirdi from 8.00 am to 10.30 am.
Satyanarayan Pooja is one of the best & easiest ways to seek blessings from Lord Vishnu, who is the God responsible for maintenance of this Universe. Satyanarayan Pooja is regarded to bring abundance and peace in all forms of life.
“People in the Maharashtra, always celebrate Satya-Narayana Puja in their homes every fortnight or month. But it was this Bhimaji Patil, who started a new Sai Satya-vrata Puja, instead of Satya-Narayana-vrata Puja, in his house, when he returned to his village”- Shri Sai Satcharitra, Chapter 13 by Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi.
Ever since, ‘Sai Satya Vrata’ Puja has been adapted by Shriji’s (Baba’s) devotees to show their love and affection to HIM.
By Baba’s grace SHITAL is organising ‘Sai Satya Vrata’ on Sunday the 30th May 2010 at 9 am. Devotees, who wish to participate in this holy event, should reply to bookings@shirdisai.org.uk immediately with your name, contact number and the number of participants. Due to the space restriction, we are able to accommodate only 21 prayer spaces.

Each space can be occupied, either by a single person or his/her family. There is no restriction on who can do this Puja. Any one can do this either by themselves or with their partners.
After ‘Sai Satya Vrata’ puja, Baba’s Madhyan Aarti will be done at 12pm followed by preeti bhoj. By Baba’s grace, all the materials required for the Puja, will be provided by SHITAL. Please note that the Puja will start at 9 am and the participants are requested to reach the temple atleast 15 minutes before the Puja to avoid any disappointment. In any case if the confirmed participants fail to appear before 9.05am, the devotees in the waiting list will replace them.
